Privacy Policy

The short version

IPTV Hero has no servers. It collects nothing, transmits nothing to us, and has no account to create.

What we collect

Nothing. There is no analytics SDK, no crash reporter, no tracking, no advertising identifier, and no telemetry of any kind in the app.

Your provider credentials

Your Xtream Codes credentials and playlist URLs are stored on your device, in the app's local database. They are sent only to the provider you entered them for, directly, to fetch your own content. They are never sent to us — we operate no server that could receive them.

Your content and viewing activity

Your favorites, watch history, and playback progress are stored on your device. Streams are fetched directly from your provider; that traffic never passes through us.

iCloud sync (Premium)

With iCloud Sync enabled, your providers, favorites, and watch history sync through your own private iCloud database, plus iCloud key-value storage for settings. That data belongs to your Apple Account and is governed by Apple's privacy policy. We cannot read it. Turning sync off stops it; deleting the app's iCloud data removes it.

Subscriptions

Premium is sold through Apple's App Store using StoreKit. Apple handles payment; we never see your payment details. Entitlement is checked on-device against your App Store receipt.

Third-party content

Channel logos, artwork, and program guide data come from the provider you configured. We have no control over what they log; check your provider's own policy.

Children

The app is not directed at children and collects no personal information from anyone.
